[01:29] Igorās Ideal Vacation:
- My approach to vacations hasn’t changed much since our first trip to Prague, where we got married. Back then, I used to wake up early, grab breakfast, and dedicate three to four hours to workātasks like updating tracking links, writing emails, and monitoring stats.
- I also managed solo ad purchases for various offers I was running. At that time, there was this fantastic cost-per-lead offer that was incredibly profitable.
- After completing my work, I could fully immerse myself in exploring the city. This pattern has persisted in recent vacations, like our trip to Puerto Rico and London.
[03:57] Streamlining Daily Tasks for Productivity:
- Each day, I determine one or two key tasks that, if accomplished, make me feel productive.
- This approach contrasts with my previous tendency to create lengthy to-do lists, which only left me overwhelmed and unsatisfied. It’s akin to hitting financial goals and then feeling inadequate compared to millionaires.
- Instead, I’ve adopted the practice of focusing on one or two impactful tasks daily to gauge productivity.
[06:03] Philosophy of Work/Life Balance:
- Regarding work-life balance, I don’t quite buy into the concept. I love my work, and when you do what you love, it doesn’t feel like work in the traditional sense. It’s not a daily struggle to motivate myself; it’s a passion that drives me.
