- I’d like to clarify the method of list building. Some might think that the goal is to trick people into sharing their email addresses, but that’s not the case. Our approach is entirely transparent.
- Several marketing studies, including one by Adobe, have shown that people prefer to receive offers in their email inboxes. It’s their preferred method for receiving pitches.

- Email is a quick and effective way to keep your audience engaged and informed. It positions you as the go-to solution provider in their minds. People tend to categorize service providers into buckets. For instance, they think of you as “the email guy” or “the social media expert.” They form these impressions by reading your emails.
- I’ve had numerous instances in my career where people were on my email list for extended periods, some for several years. It might take time for them to take action, and I can’t always pinpoint the exact trigger. But when they do act, it’s often because they’ve realized they’ve delayed it for long enough.

- Email marketing also drives sales. I once ran a split test for a product called “Voice That Makes Millions,” which taught people how to convey status and quality through their speech. The test involved sending the offer to both my email list and my Facebook followers. Email marketing outperformed social media by a significant margin, delivering almost all the sales.
- A study I came across a few years ago compared the buying habits of people who check their email first thing in the morning, those who start with news sites, and those who begin with social media.
- Surprisingly, those who start their day with email are more likely to buy and buy more frequently. People who follow businesses on social media often engage with likes and comments, considering this their contribution to the business.
- On the other hand, email subscribers are more likely to make purchases.
- Additionally, a study by MailMunch showed that email outperforms social media by a factor of 20 when it comes to conversions. I’ve witnessed this firsthand in my business, which is why email remains my top choice for communication.
