[02:39] Evergreen Markets:
- There’s only a handful of markets that I call evergreen markets like you can go and jump on a trend.
- These markets are losing weight, staying healthy in some way, or from building muscle business to business market, and business opportunity market where you’re helping people make money.
- Personal Development is also an evergreen market, and all kinds of health issues are always going to be there.
[03:52] The Future of A.I.:
- It’s going to stay here because this is how I know it will stay because it seems to be going into the fiber of all the other markets.
- It’s something that is not a market in and of itself, but rather it penetrates every niche in some way, shape, or form. So that’s why it’s going to stick.
[04:20] The Top 3 Markets:
- You’re only looking at health, wealth, or relationships.
- Those are the three big areas where you want to focus on at least as a beginner because you won’t have to wonder whether that market works or not.
- You know it’s a great market because there are a million different products.
- There are a lot of people in it. But if there are a lot of people in it, it’s because there’s a lot of money in this. And there’s a big interest in it as well.
[07:15] The Emotional Consumer:
- The reason I want to get an emotional consumer or in front of an emotional consumer is very simple.
- As soon as somebody gets super-rational when they’re shopping for a commodity, they want to spend the least amount of money with the least amount of effort. As a consumer, they’re really practical.
- I like to promote something with emotional value to an emotional consumer, for example, it’s the golfers.
- Whoever markets for the golfer is in luck, they are in an advantageous position. Because they’re marketing to an irrational consumer who is buying the thing for non-practical reasons.
[09:56] Why Should You Build A List?
- A list sets the game up in our favor because there are plenty of reasons or plenty of things that are going to get in the way of our success.
- So we are obligated to set up the game to stack the odds in our favor by getting every possible advantage.
[11:34] Niche Selection Guide:
- I would always be looking for markets where money continues to flow upstream as much as possible.
- So this way, you put in the least amount of effort to create big outcomes. Now, that doesn’t mean you’re not going to work for it.
- But what I’m saying is, you could be putting the same hours to build a campaign, but you’re going to be making 10x compared to if you were to put the same amount of hours into a different market altogether.
