Jonathan: You’re listening to The List-Building Lifestyle with your host, Igor Kheifets. I am not Igor. I am his co-host, and today I’m just going to ask Igor a couple of questions to kind of let you guys know what he has in store for you. So Igor, what’s up, brother?

Igor: Hey, Jonathan. Great to be here. Really, truly excited to be doing this show, man. I just can’t wait to get started.

Jonathan: So I guess, the first thing I want to ask you is what made you want to do a podcast?

Igor: Well, it’s very simple. I’ve been making online for the last 8 years. I’ve been making a multiple six-figures online for the last 7 years and I have what you’d call a cash millionaire online since several years ago. I can’t really remember. You know, after a while you’re just forgetting. You just don’t give it meaning, but I realized that I have achieved something is that ninety nine percent of people who are trying to make money online either will never achieve or will take a huge amount of time, effort, energy, blood, tears and sweat and money to get their hand on it. So I just decided getting, you know, inspired by our mutual friends, Ben Settle and Doberman Dan, Joe Polish and others to start this show in order to increase the awareness of the general public of the people who are trying to make money from home through list-building and email marketing, especially in the internet marketing/make money online space, as to how it really is done. And the reason I decided to do it is because I believe I am someone who’s the least likely to succeed in this industry, because I started out having no English, no marketing experience. I mean, I was born and raised in Ukraine and then I immigrate to Israel. There were no English-speaking family members or friends that I’d had, you know, growing up. I was like brought up to be an engineer in electronics and computers, and, you know, the future that my parents painted for me was completely different. So when I got into the whole marketing, you know, internet marketing thing, it was a completely different world to what I was supposed to conquer, if you will, right. But I did have the belief that I will eventually get it, and so after three and a half years of ridiculously painful trial and error, I mean, these were the years, Jonathan, when I was broke and I was so confused. I really did not know what I was doing. I was just literally trying anything. Every single bright shiny object I couldn’t…I couldn’t even afford a bright shiny object, just so you understand. I had to download the bright shiny objects from black hat forums and black hat sites that gave them away for free, okay! So I’ve done it and I’m here. So I’m here as a testament and I want to become a role model [03.00.5] to the younger generation and the younger – when I say ‘younger’, I don’t mean like you necessarily have to be like 20 years old or something. There’s plenty of folks in their 40s and 50s and 60s doing this, but you know, as the pilgrim, you know, in this marketplace, I just want to be a role model and somebody who people can look up to and say ‘Look, if he could do it, okay, he doesn’t look all that special to me. If he could do it, I will be do it. All I have to do is follow the proven strategies that work.’ Okay? And I want to be that person for you, if you’re listening to this show and you’ve been trying to make money online for a little while now, and you still don’t know what the hell you’re doing, so tune in, and I promise that coming up you will feel muchc clearer, and you will know exactly what you need to be doing in order to improve your life using the internet.

Jonathan: Nice. So then tell me, Igor, who specifically is your show for?

Igor: Well, obviously anyone who’s doing list-building email marketing would fit, but I do want to specify that we are recording this show specifically for people who are trying to make money in the most volatile, I believe, the most volatile marketplace, which is the internet marketing space, you know, the space which is full of bright shiny objects and empty promises and bloated claims and tons and tons of hype. It is very confusing, but it is also very profitable just like other main markets, which are, of course, weight loss, dating, health and – what? The self-help, Jonathan, I believe are the fourth?

Jonathan: Yeah.

Igor: Yeah, so some of these markets are basically…so there are only a few of them that are pretty big and always gushing with profits. So this is one of these markets. Now, I believe that this market specifically is the easiest one to tap,
starting out with no proof of credibility, which I believe most of our listeners are in that placed, right now, right? I mean…

Jonathan: Yeah.

Igor: …Starting out, you have no clue, no proof, no testimonies and no nothing, and the question is how do you break through all the clutter and how do you stand out in the crowd and how do you allow your potential clients to just basically give you money, having no credibility?

And so, this is one of the many questions we will answer in this show, maybe not in this specific episode, but in this show. And basically if you are somebody who is really passionate about making money from home in this marketplace, and you’ve realized now that free traffic doesn’t work and that paid traffic is the way to go, but you’re now, you know, stumbling into the challenge of being able to fund your business, because you haven’t any cash flow to buy more traffic, well, that’s…this show is for you.

Also, please, bear with me, because this is the first time I’m doing it, guys. I’m really, really, nervous, okay, and I’m really scared, just screwed up, so if you do hear me stutter or repeat myself, you know, just know that it’s all because of nervousness, and a couple of shows down the road, it certainly is going to go away.

Jonathan: It smooths out. I can assure you of that. And so, let’s say some people, time today [06.00.2], Igor, who are the people that absolutely should not listen to this show?

Igor: Oh, I love this one. I love this one. You know, the one thing that I absolutely adore when it comes to selling something in this industry is that there’s so many wrong people to be buying my products that I can have like a blast pushing people away, and still make a ton of money. You know, this is what I always…

Jonathan: Nice.

Igor: …Loved about my business, because starting out I attracted all the wrong people. I served all the wrong customers. So, you know, it’s a great question and here’s who I don’t want to be listening to this show. In fact, if you believe that that’s you, then you should immediately hit ‘Pause’ or ‘Stop’ and go about your business.

So if you’re somebody who is still looking for the bright shiny object and the magic button, please don’t listen to this show, because honestly, I just don’t have it. Okay? I really do not have a button that I can press that would make the riches fall in my lap from heaven. It’s just, you know, not something I was able to develop just yet. Maybe, you know, in the future when the technology is advanced enough, we will be able to find something like that.

Now you should also not listen to this show if you honestly believe that your business can grow without paid traffic. So if you believe that SEO or Search Engine Optimization is the best traffic source, please don’t listen to my show. If you believe that solo ads are a crappy traffic source, please don’t listen to my show. If you believe that Facebook ads and basically, you know, how everybody’s pitching right now is, you know, when we’re shooting this, everybody’s just talking about Facebook ads right now. It just…

Jonathan: Yeah.

Igor: …Pisses me off sometimes. So if you believe that Facebook ads is the best traffic source and it’s the only one you need, please don’t listen to my show.

If you had bad experience with solo ads and you’re now close-minded about this particular traffic source, you should also not listen to my show unless you’re willing to keep an open mind and see, you know, hear my take on it and see me and my clients are making a bundle with solo ads, if you believe that, you’re supposed to build their relationship with your list by giving them lots of value and serving them with lots of free gifts and then they’re like magically going to start buying from you, you should also, everybody listening to our show right now, because this show’s going to be all about selling. All about selling and marketing and aggressive pitching.

Because, you know, Jonathan, and I’m sure you’ve probably noticed that too, I mean, how many marketers that you talk to or that you’re trying to buy something from pitch off the back of their heels, like are, you know…?

Jonathan: Afraid.

Igor: Yeah, right…

Jonathan: Yeah.

Igor: Right. It’s just, you know, they don’t…if you really believe in what you’re selling, why aren’t you being aggressive about really, really, really marketing that? I mean, as far as I’m concerned if I had a cure for cancer and I knew that my neighbor’s kid had cancer, stage-2, and I knew that my cure, my, you know, pill or my machine that cures cancer, hypothetically, could cure his child even if it’s just a 50/50 chance – right, because nothing in life is ever certain – then I’d be knocking on his door every day [09.00.8]. I would be knocking on his window. I’d be putting stickers on his car. I’d be, you know, climbing up his chimney like Santa Clause. I’d be doing whatever I can because I know that this can potentially save his child’s life. And when it does, he will thank me for it, although at first you might think I’m an annoying pest.

Jonathan: Yeah, yeah. I can dig that. So I believe that we are going to be putting up new shows once per week. That’s what we’ve talked about, and let’s just then wrap this one up and jump into the first show. You never <10.10.8>
