When to leave a niche and how do you know it’s time to move on from a niche? 🤔 In this episode, I talk about why I left a niche even when it was still making money—and how I made the switch without risking everything. I’ll share why I stick to just a couple of niches at a time, how I plan ahead before making changes, and why I focus on keeping things simple and stress-free.
[01:15] When to Leave a Niche:
- If a niche stops being fun and starts feeling stressful, it might be time to move on.
- Rules or market changes can make a niche harder to work in, even if it’s still making money.
- Before leaving, try out a new niche on the side to make sure it works before going all in.
- Quitting too fast can lead to panic and bad decisions, so take your time and switch carefully.
[02:21] Managing Multiple Niches:
- I stick to no more than two or three niches at a time because focusing on too many can be overwhelming.
- Running multiple niches is tough when life already includes family, investments, and other big decisions.
- E-farming and affiliate marketing are cash flow businesses, not ones you sell for a big payday later.
- Success comes from managing cash wisely and planning for the future, even with expenses like private schools.
- Balancing work, money, and family makes it important to limit niches and stay focused on what works.
[04:06] Sticking with What Works:
- Once you’re established in a niche, making money gets easier and takes less effort.
- Starting in a new niche means rebuilding everything—lists, strategies, and customer understanding.
- I prefer earning steady money with less work over chasing bigger payouts with constant effort.
